Who: Affects the students, teachers and SJSU community
What: Having beer and bars on campus where you can actually drink when you want.
Where: At SJSU campus
When: Current time
Why: Because currently there is only one place to get beer with only a limit of two beers. Plus there are only four different types of beer to choose from.
How: Still need to get more info on how the campus came to decision of their current policy and why other campuses don’t have this policy
